In this evenings broadcast in Russia, the “father of all bombs” was unveilled with russian army generals claiming Russia had developed the most powerful bomb in the world. This new bomb was described as an explosive device capable of emitting shockwaves similar to a nuclear weapon, and has having “no match in the world”.
In QRT channel, it was visible a Tupolev bomber dropping one of these devices over a testing area, followed by an overwhelming explosion.
According to Russian generals, this new bomb is four times more destructive than the american MOAB (Massive Ordnance Air Blast Bomb), aka the Mother of All Bombs. The MOAB has never been used, but according to the US Military, it is capable of destroying nine city blocks in a single artillery strike.
In national television, Russian general Rushkin explained that the new bomb is smaller than the MOAB and much more effective, because of the use of nanotechnology, which enabled the temperature at the epicentre of the explosion to be twice as high.
Stating the QRT channel, “test results of the new airborne weapon have shown that its efficiency and power is commensurate with a nuclear weapon“, and “the main destruction is inflicted by an ultrasonic shockwave and an incredibly high temperature.”
This new bomb is revealed after weeks of strange Russian military movements. President Putin has ordered long-range nuclear bombers to be positioned in international space, what had never happened since Cold War. Last week, Russian Tupolev’s have flown near British airspace and US Military installations.
President Putin just announced the funding of £100 billion to the Russian military, in order to develop new ground and see nuclear missiles.
